We offer a variety of services to the home user including hourly on-site service as well as select flat rate services.

Home User Packages

All-In-One PC Package – $199
If your PC is failing, running slow, has a virus, or needs a tune up this package is for you. Some of these tasks can take several hours to fully complete. Having an hourly technician work on it in your home is cost prohibitive. So we came up with the flat rate service where we repair it in our shop.

Home Network Setup – $199
New to home networking, Switching Internet provider, Moving into a new place, or current network not working?

Home Network Setup Includes:
Setup and Configure broadband router and secure wireless networking.
Configure Internet Connection. Work with ISP to resolve any issues.
Configure up to 4 additional networked devices. Devices include: PCs, Laptops, Printers, Cell Phones, Networked Home Theater Equipment, Game Consoles (Xbox, PS3, Wii), etc.
*Price does not include hardware or in-wall wiring.

New PC Setup – $199
Did you buy a new computer or laptop?
With our New PC Setup service we will come to your home, un-box the new computer, connect all the wires, the printer, and the Internet. If it didn’t come with anti-virus software we will install some. Plus, if you have data on your old computer that you need transferred over, we will do that too.
Still thinking about getting a new computer, but don’t know what to get or where to start. Give us a call, we can make some recommendations based on your needs.

Hourly Service – $105/hr
Hourly service makes sense for a lot of reasons. If you have a complex home network, several computers that need service, an urgent need and can’t live without your PC for a day or two, then we can perform all the work in your home.

In Home Training/Tutoring
We have customers who hire us to work with them on their computer to learn specific tasks. Instead of going to a class and trying to retain the information learned, we can work with you in your environment. We can even make HOWTO documents with screen captures (images of what you would see) for reference after we leave.
